On March 20, 2025, Zhejiang CIAPO Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. conducted its annual company-wide health check-up event. This year's initiative innovatively adopted an "on-site medical team" model, where a partnered hospital dispatched professional mobile medical vehicles to the company premises, providing employees with a "one-stop" health examination service. Mobile Medical Vehicles Arrive On-site, Significantly Improving Efficiency
At 7:30 a.m., three mobile medical vehicles equipped with advanced facilities such as DR digital imaging systems and ultrasound equipment arrived punctually at the CIAPO industrial park. The check-up covered over 20 basic items, including blood tests, electrocardiograms, chest DR scans, and ultrasounds, with special additions such as cervical and lumbar spine screenings tailored for sedentary positions. Wang Min, Director of Human Resources, remarked, "Compared to previous years when employees had to visit the hospital in batches, this year's on-site service saves an average of two hours per person, ensuring both productivity and health management proceed smoothly."
Intelligent Process Design Enhances the Check-up Experience
At the event, employees used pre-issued electronic appointment codes for "walk-in examinations." The mobile units' smart medical systems could upload data to personal health records in real-time and generate bilingual (Chinese-English) reports within 48 hours. Li Wei, a production line worker, praised the process: "From registration to completing all tests, it took only 40 minutes. I could even check the queue status on my phone without delaying my morning shift."
Extended Health Management Services Establish Long-term Care Mechanisms
Beyond routine check-ups, the company simultaneously launched the "Healthy CIAPO 2025" initiative: establishing dynamic health databases for each employee, offering quarterly health seminars, and assigning nutritionists to monitor employees with abnormal blood pressure, blood sugar, or cholesterol levels. General Manager Zhang Lixin emphasized during the event: "We are committed not only to producing high-quality sporting goods but also to nurturing a physically and mentally healthy team. This year, we aim to increase check-up coverage from 95% to 100%, ensuring even off-site and traveling employees receive equal access to services."
The event benefited 230 employees across production lines, R&D centers, and administrative departments, with additional occupational disease screenings for specialized roles. The company's labor union also distributed health kits containing practical items such as check-up guidelines and emergency medical supplies. This innovative approach of bringing medical services to the "factory doorstep" reflects the company's respect for employees' health rights and demonstrates the humanistic warmth in modern corporate management
Moving forward, CIAPO will collaborate with the hospital to organize report interpretation sessions and optimize cafeteria meals and ergonomic workstation designs based on the results.
